Hey, I'm Mike Topalovich. I'm an enterprise and systems architect.
I advise on business and technology strategy. I help you see risk before it arrives and build the knowledge and capabilities your organization needs to move with confidence.
While bootstrapping Index Zero, I'm setting aside a limited amount of dedicated time for on-demand work: an external perspective, sensemaker, problem solver, or system designer.
Are you facing…
- A problem that needs solving?
- A risk you need to see clearly and plan for?
- An opportunity you can’t quite get into focus?

How far we can take it
Once you have a feel for the challenge you want to address, let’s start with an hour. After we’ve worked together, we can decide together whether it makes sense to keep going by the day or the week.
An hour
$1,000
One focused conversation. A single question, thoroughly examined and explored.
Book an hour
A day
$5,000
A full working session. Long enough to go deep and hand back something you can act on.
By invitation
A week
$20,000
An embedded immersion. Room for the hard problems that only real time can solve.
By invitation
There’s nothing to sign. No contracts, no onboarding, no procurement - just a focused conversation, worth far more than the hour it takes. Every engagement delivers thinking, not execution. The decision and what happens next stay yours. Booking confirms on payment by credit card or US bank transfer; this is a direct practice, so we settle in advance rather than on net terms.
