All of us experience challenges. Every individual, every team, every enterprise. It’s how we anticipate and respond to these challenges - positive or negative - that impacts our growth and future potential.
Challenge Spaces
While every challenge is unique to the context in which it appears, I have found success in addressing these challenges by breaking them down into three individual Challenge Spaces and finding balance within Problem Spaces, Risk Spaces, and Opportunity Spaces.
Whether you are addressing a problem that exists right in front of you, or you are exploring the possibilities of potential risks or opportunities, by starting with a specific challenge you can work your way towards possible outcomes.
Outcome Spaces
If you are more about starting at the finish line and working backward to find pathways to solving current problems, pursuing opportunities, or mitigating future risks with a specific outcome in mind, I invite you to start by exploring the three Outcome Spaces.
Approaches and Methods
If we were to start by exploring a specific problem, risk, or opportunity space together, we could approach the challenge with a methodology that fits current goals and budgets.
Problem Spaces
What are your blockers? What is stopping you from moving forward? What is causing friction?
Risk Spaces
Uncertainty is inherent to life. Deal with it. Here’s how you think about it, plan for it, and prepare for the possibilitiy of potentially bad things happening.
Opportunity Spaces
Strategic approaches and outcomes.
